You don\u2019t need a lawyer or a boardroom full of decision-makers\u2014just a bit of time and the will to do right by your team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Only the employer puts in money, and you can adjust or skip contributions depending on your cash flow. The rule is: whatever percentage you pick, everyone gets that same rate. It\u2019s fair, it\u2019s transparent, and the whole thing is tax-deductible.
