HR Analytics, tambi\u00e9n conocido como People Analytics, permite descubrir, anticipar, ser pro-activos, mejorar la <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/cultura-organizacional\/\">cultura organizacional<\/a> y la <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/que-es-la-rotacion-personal\/\">rotaci\u00f3n de personal<\/a> con los l\u00edderes. Y no es por nada, pero la demanda por ciertos perfiles en industrias como la de tech, han incrementado much\u00edsimo. Este tipo de an\u00e1lisis de datos nos permite saber, por ejemplo, el n\u00famero de d\u00edas que deber\u00eda demorarse un headhunter en reclutar ciertas vacantes. Existen herramientas como Officevibe que te permiten llevar el registro de manera an\u00f3nima como reconocimientos, <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/feedback\/\">feedback<\/a>, c\u00f3mo es la relaci\u00f3n en el equipo y con el <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/manager\/\">manager<\/a>, etc. Todo es importante medirlo desde el d\u00eda 1, de esta manera puedes tener un punto de inicio y empezar a mejorar tus procesos internos conforme avanzas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Medici\u00f3n de performance<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span>Cada d\u00eda es m\u00e1s importante medir el performance de un empleado por distintas formas. Existen m\u00e9todos tan sencillos como poner un set de variables con una calificaci\u00f3n del 1 al 5 y que el manager pueda evaluar al empleado y viceversa. De esta manera, se puede obtener el performance individual o de toda la empresa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Como ves, HR analytics se puede usar en todos los aspectos de recursos humanos. Al final, puedes tener un mont\u00f3n de f\u00f3rmulas y cosas que te gustar\u00eda medir. Muchas personas que quieren iniciar con esto, se acercan y me preguntan: \u201cC\u00f3mo deber\u00eda iniciar?\u201d. La respuesta es sencilla: solo inicia con una cosa peque\u00f1a. No te preocupes por softwares caros al principio, preoc\u00fapate por recabar la mayor cantidad de datos.
