Y que al final de dicho periodo, el empleado regresar\u00e1 a desempe\u00f1ar sus actividades habituales y la relaci\u00f3n laboral continuar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tambi\u00e9n definimos y comentamos anteriormente de la suspensi\u00f3n laboral relativa. Esto es que, suspendida la causa, la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios por parte del empleado, se suspende tambi\u00e9n el efecto, que es la remuneraci\u00f3n por parte del patr\u00f3n. Las obligaciones de las dos partes se suspenden por el tiempo que dure la interrupci\u00f3n o incumplimiento de obligaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Un ejemplo es cuando el trabajador solicita un permiso para suspender la relaci\u00f3n laboral debido a que estudiara un \u201cposgrado, maestr\u00eda o especialidad\u201d en otro pa\u00eds. El patr\u00f3n suspender\u00e1 la relaci\u00f3n laboral con el empleado incluyendo sus prestaciones laborales, pero se respetar\u00e1 la antig\u00fcedad laboral del empleado para cuando este se reincorpore.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/nomina\/calculadora-finiquito\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1091061\" src=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/CMX005-300x119.webp\" alt=\"Usar ahora calculadora de finiquito (en vivo)\" width=\"930\" height=\"369\" srcset=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/CMX005-300x119.webp 300w, https:\/\/runahr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/CMX005-1024x405.webp 1024w, https:\/\/runahr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/CMX005-768x304.webp 768w, https:\/\/runahr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/CMX005-1536x608.webp 1536w, https:\/\/runahr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/CMX005-2048x810.webp 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 930px) 100vw, 930px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Causas y efectos de la suspensi\u00f3n laboral absoluta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Toda causa no justificada por parte del empleado o del patr\u00f3n que interrumpa la relaci\u00f3n laboral tendr\u00e1 el car\u00e1cter de una suspensi\u00f3n laboral absoluta. Es decir, tendr\u00e1 un efecto de suspensi\u00f3n por la contraparte en la relaci\u00f3n laboral. Como hab\u00edamos comentado, si el trabajador suspende su relaci\u00f3n con el patr\u00f3n por permiso laboral, \u00e9ste tendr\u00e1 que suspender sus pagos y beneficios mediante el finiquito laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00danicamente se podr\u00e1 firmar un adendum al contrato confirmando el permiso, tiempo y condiciones para la reincorporaci\u00f3n laboral. Ahora, tambi\u00e9n lo podemos ver desde el punto de vista del incumplimiento del patr\u00f3n, que tambi\u00e9n puede ocurrir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ejemplo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si el patr\u00f3n incumpla con la remuneraci\u00f3n del salario de un empleado, entonces, se interrumpe la relaci\u00f3n laboral. Como consecuencia el empleado no tendr\u00e1 la obligaci\u00f3n de ir a trabajar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La causa \u2013 efecto en esta relaci\u00f3n laboral es muy clara y directa. \u00a0Si uno incumple con su obligaci\u00f3n.
