La pandemia cambi\u00f3 las necesidades en t\u00e9rminos de <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/reclutamiento\/\">reclutamiento<\/a> y de habilidades que exigen las organizaciones. El 54,5% de los entrevistados asegur\u00f3 que espera capacitar a sus trabajadores en habilidades blandas. Por ejemplo, <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/nomina\/liderazgo\/\">liderazgo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/como-hacer-una-toma-de-decisiones-adecuada\/\">toma de decisiones<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/nomina\/comunicacion\/\">comunicaci\u00f3n<\/a>. Sin embargo, el 27,7% tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 la necesidad de ense\u00f1ar habilidades digitales y tecnolog\u00edas, como el manejo de softwares.<\/p>\n<p>En este punto entran dos conceptos claves para las organizaciones. El primero, es el upskilling que consiste en desarrollar nuevas habilidades y <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/competencias-laborales\/\">competencias laborales<\/a> para el cargo actual. En segundo lugar, est\u00e1 el reskilling en el que se desarrollan habilidades y competencias para una nueva posici\u00f3n o trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Estas dos expresiones no son nuevas, pero han tomado fuerza a ra\u00edz de la pandemia que ha impulsado una \u201crevoluci\u00f3n digital\u201d en todas las industrias. El mundo est\u00e1 cambiando y es importante que las empresas comiencen a prepararse para estos cambios. Las organizaciones pueden comenzar analizando cu\u00e1les son las nuevas necesidades en t\u00e9rminos de conocimiento y revisarlas junto a las habilidades que tienen sus colaboradores.
