Los Directores de recursos humanos<\/a> o CHRO por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s (Chief Human Resources Officer) son la cabeza del \u00e1rea de RRHH y los l\u00edderes encargados del correcto manejo del personal. As\u00ed como su eficiente integraci\u00f3n a la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

El CHRO se encarga principalmente de apoyar en la formaci\u00f3n<\/a> y desarrollo del talento humano<\/a>. Adem\u00e1s, funge como mediador entre las relaciones laborales y gestor en el \u00e1mbito de salud, seguridad e higiene<\/a> laboral, beneficios<\/a> y prestaciones<\/a> a los que cada trabajador es acreedor.<\/span><\/p>\n
