As\u00ed como su eficiente integraci\u00f3n a la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El CHRO se encarga principalmente de apoyar en la <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/formacion\/\">formaci\u00f3n<\/a> y desarrollo del <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/que-implica-la-gestion-del-talento-humano\/\">talento humano<\/a>. As\u00ed como la valoraci\u00f3n de las aptitudes de los postulantes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El CHRO, adem\u00e1s, cumple con la labor de describir cada <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/sabes-como-definir-un-puesto-de-trabajo\/\">puesto<\/a> de la organizaci\u00f3n y crear un perfil con base en las competencias que requiere cada colaborador para desempe\u00f1arse en \u00e9l. Su papel como director de todo el recurso humano lo habilita para guiar a sus colaboradores por el camino de la <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/nomina\/innovacion\/\">innovaci\u00f3n<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Un CHRO competente y en l\u00ednea con las necesidades de la organizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 al tanto de las tendencias globales del mercado y las incentiva; las hace propias y las implementa en su gesti\u00f3n. As\u00ed, al igual que el CEO y el CFO, el CHRO tiene en sus manos la batuta del RRHH.
