Es cuando posees habilidades blandas (soft skills) y desarrollas habilidades duras (hard skills).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El upskilling se da cuando una persona nutre, aumenta, actualiza o evoluciona las habilidades, aptitudes y competencias que ya posee, para mejorar en su puesto actual o en el perfil que ejerce.
