Este recurso se destina a la consolidaci\u00f3n de un fondo com\u00fan que permita la otorgaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios en condiciones favorables. Promoviendo as\u00ed el acceso a la vivienda digna para los empleados. Incluso cuando un trabajador no tiene un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario activo, el patr\u00f3n est\u00e1 obligado a realizar una contribuci\u00f3n al Infonavit en beneficio del empleado. Este c\u00e1lculo se realiza de manera mensual y forma parte de las obligaciones financieras de la empresa en el marco de la seguridad social y el <\/span><span>bienestar<\/span><span> de sus empleados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto se paga de IMSS e Infonavit por trabajador?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>El <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/nomina\/que-es-el-imss\/\">Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS)<\/a> y el Infonavit son dos instituciones fundamentales en el sistema de <\/span><span>seguridad social<\/span><span> de M\u00e9xico. En cuanto a las contribuciones, la empresa realiza aportaciones equivalentes al 20% del salario base de cotizaci\u00f3n del trabajador al IMSS.
