La clave est\u00e1 en detectar los huecos estructurales dentro de los recursos humanos y llenarlos con herramientas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Aceptar y aplicar la tecnolog\u00eda<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>T<span>al vez sea un paso obvio, pero extra\u00f1amente muchas empresas siguen sin dar el paso. Desde abrir un grupo de WhatsApp o Telegram hasta el uso de comunidades en Facebook o LinkedIn. Softwares de administraci\u00f3n de recursos o de comunicaci\u00f3n en general como Slack o Trello, tambi\u00e9n son fundamentales ahora. Las plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas deben emplearse en todos los niveles, pero las enfocadas en el personal, son tarea de los encargados de RRHH.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Entender a los trabajadores de hoy y ma\u00f1ana<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span>Los trabajadores de hoy son los llamados millennials. Estos tienen ciertos patrones de comportamiento y un nivel de compromiso bien definido. Los del ma\u00f1ana ser\u00e1n los centennials (Generaci\u00f3n Z), que comparten algunas caracter\u00edsticas pero son m\u00e1s participativos e innovadores que los millennials. Fomentar el <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/trabajo-en-equipo\/\">trabajo en equipo<\/a> y premiar los logros grupales en vez de particulares es una excelente manera de que el engranaje se mueva al un\u00edsono.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Para lograr cualquiera de las metas anteriores hay algo fundamental por hacer: modificar el paradigma personal.
