En entornos que no fomentan el trabajo en equipo o que se abstienen de empoderar a sus empleados en la toma de decisiones o el <em>brainstorming<\/em>. Un factor de riesgo importante son los \u201cl\u00edderes\u201d que act\u00faan m\u00e1s como un jefe tradicional y no permiten (o aprueban) que sus empleados alcen la voz con ideas o sugerencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El problema con el empleado que guarda silencio es que tendr\u00e1 problemas para desarrollarse, lo que a su vez har\u00e1 que el clima laboral termine por ser poco saludable. Adem\u00e1s, este s\u00edndrome puede extenderse f\u00e1cilmente a trav\u00e9s de los diferentes niveles de la jerarqu\u00eda. Si llega a las m\u00e1s altas esferas, como la directiva, puede ocasionar graves problemas organizacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo solucionarlo?<\/h2>\n<p><span>Tan pronto has detectado las causas del S\u00edndrome del Silencio, la mejor manera de eliminarlo de tu compa\u00f1\u00eda es creando mecanismos y procedimientos que estimulen el crecimiento personal y la <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/nomina\/comunicacion\/\">comunicaci\u00f3n<\/a> dentro de la empresa. Contagiar tu pasi\u00f3n y esp\u00edritu empresarial a tus empleados es una gran manera de incentivar la <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/creatividad\/\">creatividad<\/a> de estos. Lo que, por efecto domin\u00f3, romper\u00e1 cualquier barrera antes mencionada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Haz encuentros, talleres e incluso invierte en educaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n para tus empleados. Nuevas herramientas y tecnolog\u00edas aparecen cada d\u00eda, y si puedes hacer que tus actuales trabajadores sean especialistas en alguna de estas, estar\u00e1s ganando una incre\u00edble cantidad de puntos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El S\u00edndrome del Silencio debe quedar en el pasado, pues en el presente las empresas deben trabajar como una gran familia y no como \u201cel lugar gris y aburrido donde nos ganamos el pan\u201d.
