De nada sirve disfrazar realidades, pues cuando el nuevo empleado se siente por primera vez en su silla, se dar\u00e1 cuenta r\u00e1pidamente de las falacias con las que se le enamor\u00f3. La honestidad debe ser central en el departamento de recursos humanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Definici\u00f3n de perfiles<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span>Tener bien definido el tipo de candidato al que se dirigir\u00e1 el <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/reclutamiento\/\">reclutamiento<\/a> no solo ahorrar\u00e1 tiempo a la empresa, sino tambi\u00e9n a los propios aspirantes. Tanto como si el aspirante ser\u00e1 seleccionado, como si ser\u00e1 rechazado, se debe informar oportunamente a \u00e9ste. Hagamos el ejercicio: \u00bfTe imaginas que luego de haber pasado varias etapas de reclutamiento, la empresa deje de enviarte informaci\u00f3n mientras t\u00fa esperas pacientemente alguna respuesta? Ser\u00eda frustrante, \u00bfcierto? Cuando un <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/candidato\/\">candidato<\/a> no quede seleccionado, debes avisarle y agradecerle por participar, y por su invaluable tiempo. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Revisar las redes sociales<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span>No hablamos \u00fanicamente de las redes sociales de los candidatos al <a href=\"https:\/\/runahr.com\/mx\/recursos\/hr-management\/sabes-como-definir-un-puesto-de-trabajo\/\">puesto<\/a> de trabajo sino tambi\u00e9n de las de tu empresa, pues muchos aspirantes revisan los perfiles de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para ver si \u00e9sta les inspira confianza. Aseg\u00farate de tener un perfil optimizado y que responda la mayor cantidad de dudas frecuentes que te sea posible.
