Responsabilidades

Define, develop, and implement the product’s quality assurance strategy across all stages of the development lifecycle.
Create quality control plans and coordinate final delivery of software releases in customer-facing environments.
Work closely with the development team in an Agile environment (Scrum) to create and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, testing strategies, and QA processes.
Design and write test plans and procedures for the QA team.
Execute manual and automated tests for new features and enhancements.
Investigate and debug issues found during regression testing.
Stay up to date on new QA techniques and technologies and recommend their adoption within our testing ecosystem.
Support and drive the transition from manual testing toward a more automated testing framework.

Calificaciones

At least two years of experience as a QA engineer working with web applications.
Experience with test automation using JavaScript and Ruby on Rails.
Experience with cross-browser testing, including mobile devices.
Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON.
Familiarity with database servers and Unix-based systems (preferred).
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience working both collaboratively and independently.
