Referral Program Terms

The referral campaign is a rewards program offered for referring companies that become new clients. The campaign is subject to the terms and conditions provided below. By submitting a referral or otherwise participating in the campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Promoter Users
To be recognized as a referring user—meaning your participation in the referral program is valid—you must meet the following conditions:
- You participated in the program through Runa’s website, or you are an employee of an active Runa customer. To qualify for the rewards outlined in Section 4.1, the companies you refer must meet the eligibility requirements listed in Section 2.
2. Eligible Referrals
An eligible referral is any company submitted through the referral form on Runa’s website that meets all of the following requirements:
- Has not previously been registered in Runa’s systems.
- Does not have an active registration or active sales/implementation process with Runa.
- Is not a subsidiary or affiliated company of an existing Runa customer.
- Signs a contract with Runa no later than ninety (90) days after the referral submission date.
- Pays for at least two (2) months of platform usage.
If the referral is part of a business group with multiple legal entities, the reward will be calculated based on the total number of employees across all entities at the time of onboarding. Compensation will not be provided for each legal entity separately.
3. Process
3.1. Submitting Referrals
A company may be referred through the designated referral form by providing all required information and submitting it using your email address.
A separate form must be completed for each company you wish to refer. The form must include:
- Full legal name of the referred company
- First and last name of the main point of contact
- Valid email address of the main point of contact
- Valid phone number of the main point of contact
- Job title of the main point of contact
- Any additional information required on the form
If the form is incomplete or the referred company fails to meet the procedures described in these terms and conditions, the referral will not be considered valid and will not be eligible for any rewards.
All referrals are conditionally accepted and will be fully confirmed only after review and approval by a Runa team member.
By participating in the referral program, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the referred contact’s consent to share their information. Runa assumes in good faith that the referred contact is interested in being approached as a potential customer.
Runa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether to contact any potential customer submitted through this program.
All information submitted through the referral program will be processed in accordance with Runa’s Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. laws. Referred contacts will be notified of this policy when required.
3.2. Contact With the Referred Company
The referred company may notify Runa that (i) they are not seeking Runa’s services, or (ii) they did not authorize the referring user to share their information. If a referred company reports that they did not authorize the user to share their information, the referring user will not be eligible for referral compensation—even if that company later becomes a Runa customer.
4. Rewards
These rewards apply only under the terms and conditions of this referral program and may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
4.1. Rewards for the Referring User
When an eligible referral becomes a Runa customer and meets the requirements in Section 2, the referring user is entitled to one of the following rewards, based on the number of employees the referred company has at the time of contract signing:

31-50 employees | $275 gift card |
51-100 employees | $550 gift card |
101-200 employees | $1,100 gift card |
201-400 employees | $1,375 gift card |
400+ employees | $1,650 gift card |
*Referring users may choose any gift card available in Runa’s U.S. rewards store.
The reward becomes valid and will be delivered once the referred customer has paid for two (2) months of platform use. Runa’s team will contact the referring user to coordinate reward selection and delivery. Runa is not responsible for lost, unused, or malfunctioning gift cards; gift card use is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4.2. Rewards for the Referred Company
Runa will determine eligibility for this benefit at its sole discretion. Each eligible referred company may receive the following Runa credit:

101-200 employees | $1,100 credit |
201-400 employees | $1,375 credit |
400+ employees | $1,650 credit |
This credit becomes valid after the referred company has used the platform for at least three (3) months and has paid three (3) invoices. The credit will be applied to the fourth invoice (and subsequent invoices if the fourth invoice total is less than the full credit amount).
5. Loss of Eligibility
A user will lose eligibility to participate in the referral program for any of the following reasons, among others:
- Submitting false referrals
- Providing incorrect information
- Falsely claiming to have obtained consent from the referred contact
- Referring a company that is considered ineligible under these terms
- Participation in fraudulent or criminal activity
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions
6. Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
In addition to the terms detailed above, Runa’s General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
