We are an education technology company that helps private schools grow their revenue, professionalize their administration, and deliver memorable experiences to families.
We were founded by Gonzalo Gallardo, Mateo Creamer, Andrés Benavides, and Valeria Tapia with the vision of transforming education in Latin America through technology that is simple, human, and scalable.
Today, we are a team of more than 80 people across LATAM, and we have grown exponentially, becoming one of the most innovative teams in the region.

In what ways has Runa helped you?

What challenges did you face with your payroll?

The biggest challenges were the lack of centralization, reliance on manual processes, low efficiency, and limited clarity in the information. This became even more complex as we grew and added talent across different countries.
