After noticing the variety of educational programs being offered, we decided to find a way to reduce the labor skills gap that exists within companies by connecting those who need it most with great opportunities to grow, in a model where everyone succeeds.
We help companies prepare for the future by using education as a strategic investment to improve retention and productivity within their operational workforce. We believe in a future where everyone has more opportunities to learn.

What challenges did you have when paying your employees?

Mainly the fact that everything had to be done manually and that we had to carry out all processes in different places.

In what ways has Runa helped you?

Runa helps us consolidate everything into a single solution, giving us greater control and visibility over our payroll and human resources processes.
It also helps us stay closer to our employees through the additional details we can store (birthdays, favorite cake). The platform also allowed us to formalize many employee processes.

Customer service is very good because the team has always helped us solve any problem. The interface is user-friendly and very easy to navigate.
