In January 2021, the reforms to Article 311 of the Federal Labor Law regarding teleworking or home office came into force, as well as the obligations that companies and workers must comply with. From that day on, the performance of paid activities in places other than the employer’s establishment is recognized, so physical presence at the workplace is not required. The provisions are for workers who carry out more than 40% of their work time at home.
In this webinar, resolve your doubts with our guest Nadia González, Head of the labor practice at Galicia Abogados. We will talk with Nadia about the teleworking reform that came into force in January and she will give us details of the impact it has on employees, companies and the ecosystem in general.
